My goal is to support you in understanding the thought processes and emotions you are experiencing. Together, we will explore techniques to better comprehend those emotions and thoughts in order to develop a path towards a solution to your challenges and problems. 
By providing a warm and supportive atmosphere, I encourage you to work through the challenges and to find your own path to growth.

Education

  • B.A. Psychology (2015), Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, Israel

My undergraduate research focus was in the field of behavioral economics and dealt with how we process dishonest behavior. I graduated cum laude. 

  • M.A. Government (2017), Homeland Security & Counter-Terrorism, Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, Israel

During my post graduate studies, I chose to focus on the impact of terrorism on mental health. As part of my degree, I conducted research on behavioral patterns people display on social media after a terrorist attack. I graduated cum laude. 

  • LiCBT-Therapist Certification (2018), Wingate Institute, Natanya, Israel 

I have received my certification as a therapist at Wingate Institute under the supervision of Yigal Sharon. Throughout my training, I have learned additional approaches, such as ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and MBCT (mindfulness based cognitive therapy).
